Workout: Lunging Pretty - Beginner to Intermediate

Hello everyone!
Here's a quick workout that will be hitting every major muscle group. To make the workout easier try doing incline Push-ups instead of full push ups, and normal romanian deadlifts instead of the one leg romanian deadlifts. The reps for the lunges and the one leg romanian deadlift are 10 each side, a total of 20 reps all in all.
